Meet the authors
We got into blogging for one simple reason: we wanted to help people out by sharing our own tips and advice with them. We love beautiful living, and we know it?s a lifestyle and a zest for life that a lot of folks share an interest in. The blogging community in this neck of the woods is all about sharing how-tos and DIY projects, and we felt we had something to contribute to that conversation.
Our success comes mainly from helping others, sharing our advice, and just genuinely talking about things we love.
What is a Pin Warrior?
We started out just pinning and repinning other people’s great ideas. Once in a while, we would even put those ideas to work in our own home. Unfortunately, some of those ideas didn’t work out as planned. Some were too hard for the average home project. Others were blatant false hope. And others just plain didn’t work.
We decided what needed to happen was a testing ground; someplace we could go to try out some pins, see what worked and what didn’t, and share what we learned with others. From that idea Pin Warriors was born! And while we’re happy to test out the coolest pins we find, we’re also out to share other things we’ve learned over the years as well.
Because a good idea without action will never be more than an idea!

Amanda is a mother, wife, educator, mentor, yogi, life-long-learner, and lover of all things that make life more beautiful — namely enjoying family & friends, indulging in yummy food & libations, exploring new places, creating new recipes that are both healthy & delicious, staying active, getting lost in a new book, and using her writing as a creative and cathartic outlet. Amanda also has a slight obsession with gorgeous photography, holistic nutrition, and interior design and is working towards adding these passions to her professional portfolio, one learning opportunity at a time.
Pin Warriors has given Amanda the opportunity to explore and reflect upon all of the things that bring her joy, while also giving her the chance to engage and connect with like-minded, awesome human beings like you. As newbie to the blogging world, she is beyond excited — and a teensy bit nervous — to use this platform as a means of crafting and creating interesting and valuable content for Pin Warrior readers.
